“Days of Uzbek Culture” Festival Opens in Omsk

The “Days of Uzbek Culture” festival has opened in Omsk, Russia, offering visitors an immersive experience of Uzbekistan’s rich cultural heritage. The program features traditional Uzbek costumes, embroidery with national patterns, Uzbek dances, music, and tastings of national cuisine.

A special focus of the festival is on history and literature: students from Uzbekistan organized a performance dedicated to the 585th anniversary of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi.

The festival will run until March 31, giving residents of Omsk the opportunity to immerse themselves in Uzbek culture for several days.
