A key focus is the introduction of a unified concept of moral and educational work, along with stronger support for talented students. New “Kelajak” centers will be established, and schools will introduce advisors for student initiatives.

In preschool education, 20,000 new places will be created annually, with private kindergartens developing through public-private partnerships. Between 2026 and 2028, an innovative “Yangi Avlod” preschool network will be launched across 14 regions.

For training future specialists, engineering schools based on the STEM model will be created, inspired by the “New Uzbekistan” University and the Mirzo Ulugbek specialized school. From 2026, a national contest for “Best Engineering School” will be held under the President’s award.

New universities will also open in Tashkent, including a branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, “TashTech” Technical University, and the Almalyk Technical Institute.

Teachers will receive special support through the newly established Abdulla Avloni State Scholarship for pedagogy students.

In science, doctoral quotas will be expanded, and the Academy of Sciences will take a leading role in advancing fundamental, applied, and innovative research.

The President approved the initiatives and instructed to ensure their systematic and effective implementation.
