Uzbekistan
The Eurasian Economic Union may soon establish a common film market. Russia has initiated a cooperation agreement aimed at joint film production and distribution across EAEU countries.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed a directive approving plans to create a single market for film services within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
The proposed agreement outlines cooperation in film production, distribution, and screening, as well as consumer rights protection and support for industry participants in EAEU member states.
This unified film market is expected to strengthen cultural ties and promote collaborative film projects among the union’s countries.
