Foreign citizens insulting the honor, dignity, or history of the Uzbek people will face consequences!

According to the law, foreign citizens and stateless persons who make public statements or commit acts insulting the honor, dignity, or history of the Uzbek people will be included in the "List of foreign citizens and stateless persons whose stay in the Republic of Uzbekistan is deemed undesirable."
The law, signed by the President under No. 998, introduces amendments and additions to the Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan."
A list of individuals deemed undesirable will be created.
Inclusion of a foreign citizen or stateless person in the List is carried out based on the submission of the Council of the Legislative Chamber, the Council of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, or authorized state bodies.
Foreign citizens or stateless persons included in the List are prohibited from entering the territory of Uzbekistan.
Those included in the List must voluntarily leave the Republic of Uzbekistan within ten days from the date of receiving the notification.
If the listed person fails to leave within the specified period, they will be deported.
