According to analysts, in 2025, companies will not choose employees, but employees will choose companies, as stated in SuperJob’s forecast for 2025. In the new year, it is expected that the salary gap between Moscow and the regions will decrease, and the trend of salary growth will continue.

In the labor market, companies will not focus on unnecessary barriers such as gender, age, and place of residence when hiring. This is mentioned in SuperJob’s forecast for 2025.

"The salary gap between Moscow and the regions will decrease. Employers in the regions will try to retain workers from megacities and seasonal workers. Cheap labor will not be available in the near future, and salaries will continue to rise. The sectors with the highest salary growth will be manufacturing and IT," the study says.

The number of self-employed individuals will also increase. In 2024, the time to close job vacancies has increased, and this growth is expected to continue in the near future.

Currently, eight out of ten companies report a shortage of labor in their sector. Additionally, the practice of hiring young specialists and retraining them according to the company’s needs will be applied. Retaining employees is expected to become one of the future trends, as reported by TASS.
