The Israeli army has used more than 65 thousand tonnes of explosives in the Gaza Strip for three months. This was stated in a statement by the press service of the Gaza government.

"Occupation aircraft dropped over 45,000 missiles and giant bombs, some of them weighing two thousand pounds of explosives, during the comprehensive genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, deliberately targeting entire residential areas," the statement said.

“The weight of the explosives dropped by the army on the Gaza Strip exceeded 65,000 tonnes, which is more than the weight and power of three nuclear bombs like those dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima," the report said.

According to the report, about two-thirds of the bombs and rockets dropped by Israeli aircraft in the Gaza Strip were unguided or defective. "The deliberate targeting of indiscriminate and unjustified killing by the occupation, a clear and explicit violation of international law and various international conventions," Gaza Strip authorities said.

It was documented that Israel used some 9 types of internationally banned bombs and rockets against civilians, children and women.

The Gaza government called on the international community and organisations to stop Israel's comprehensive genocidal war against civilians, children and women.
