Issues of further improving the activities of courts were considered
Over the past eight years, about 70 laws and resolutions have been adopted in the field of judicial proceedings in the country. Thanks to this, the legal literacy of the population has increased, and the courts have begun to consider more than 3 million cases per year.

What changes await the citizens?

Complete abandonment of paperwork - all court proceedings will become digital.

Virtual lawyer - the system will help with legal matters.

Forecasting court decisions - new technologies will allow us to assess the prospects of the case.

Automatic distribution of tasks - will reduce the impact of the human factor.

Transfer of indisputable cases to notaries - will accelerate the process of reviewing debts and other simple disputes.

To implement the reform, the training of judges in the field of digital technologies will be strengthened, and economic courts will be brought into line with international standards. The authorities are confident that the transition to digital solutions will make courts faster, more convenient, and more transparent for citizens.
