The talks between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky, held on February 28 at the White House, turned into a heated argument due to differing views on resolving the Ukraine conflict. Later, Donald Trump stated that Washington wants peace and that it can be achieved "right now."

According to him, Volodymyr Zelensky intends to continue the war. The Ukrainian president, in turn, emphasized that he had done nothing wrong and saw no need to apologize.

The press conference between the two leaders was canceled, and no agreement on mineral resources was signed. Most European politicians supported Volodymyr Zelensky.

"Any division in the West weakens us and benefits those who want the collapse of our civilization," said Giorgia Meloni.

According to the Italian Prime Minister, Western countries must discuss "how to confront serious threats, starting with Ukraine."
