New buses arrive in Gulistan
Fifty-two buses have been introduced to organize intra-city routes in Gulistan. They fully meet "Euro-5" environmental standard and run on compressed natural gas.

These vehicles are designed to carry 65 passengers, ensuring comfortable conditions for everyone – the buses are low-floor and equipped with special ramps and designated seats for people with disabilities. Fares can be paid using the "ATTO" electronic system.

Based on the public demand for urban transport, seven intra-city bus routes have been launched under a gross-cost contract, completely covering 23 mahallas of Gulistan.

This will cut the interval between buses in half, providing comfortable, safe, and accessible transport services for 29 thousand residents.

Another significant outcome is that the updated service will provide transport services worth 38 billion soums annually, and create 120 jobs.

The Head of State instructed to consistently continue efforts to replenish the public transport fleets across the cities of the country with modern vehicles and to provide quality services to the population.

Information was also presented on plans to purchase an additional 30 eleven-meter long-distance buses in the future. The implementation of this project will create over 150 additional jobs.
