The delegation of Uzbekistan completed the “Children of Asia” competition in first place.
The VIII international sports games "Children of Asia" ended in the city of Yakutsk, Russian Federation. In the competitions, which took place from June 25 to July 6, the delegation of Uzbekistan won 36 gold, 31 silver and 21 bronze medals. Thanks to this result, our team took first place among 30 teams from 25 participating countries in the medal standings!
The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan congratulates the country’s Ministry of Sports, sports federations and associations, as well as the athletes who worthily defended the honor of Uzbekistan in the international arena and their mentors on such success. It should be noted that international competitions in Yakutsk made it possible to evaluate the capabilities and preparation of young Uzbek athletes before the Tashkent 2025 Asian Youth Games.
The country's delegation will arrive at the capital's Islam Karimov International Airport tomorrow at 08:25.
