According to the Interior Ministry, DNA analysis revealed that the militants were PKK/KCK members Hasan Oguz and Ozkan Sahin.
The Turkish Interior Ministry said that the identity of the militants who committed a terrorist attack in Ankara on October 1 has been established.
The agency recalls that on October 1, two terrorists tried to organize a terrorist attack near the building of the General Directorate of Police in Ankara, but they were eliminated thanks to the timely intervention of the police.
"According to the results of DNA analysis and investigation, the militants were found to be members of the PKK/KCK terrorist organization Hasan Oguz with the call sign "Kanivar Erdal" and Ozkan Sahin," the Interior Ministry said
The ministry added that Turkey will continue its determined fight against terrorism until the last terrorist is eliminated.
