The President will pay a working visit to Bishkek on 13 October to participate in the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to Bishkek on 13 October at the invitation of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov to participate in the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
During the summit events, the issues of further expansion of multilateral cooperation within the CIS, including the implementation of joint programmes and projects in trade, investment, industrial cooperation, innovation, digitalisation, transport, education, culture and other spheres will be discussed.
The heads of state will also exchange views on the international agenda.
The meeting will result in the adoption of a number of agreements and decisions on priority areas of co-operation within the Commonwealth.
