Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the livestock cluster Jizzax Organic
The Jizzax Organic cluster is capable of housing 10,000 head of cattle and 4,000 sheep, producing up to 5,000 tons of meat annually. The operation provides employment for 750 people.

All production processes at the enterprise are digitized. Water-saving technologies have been introduced on 1,300 hectares of arable land. Modern equipment from Australia, Germany, and the USA has been imported for this purpose. The cluster's fleet comprises about 200 units of machinery worth $10 million. Additionally, conditions for breeding and genetic work have been established.

The President was presented with new projects and plans of the cluster.

It was noted that investments of $28 million are planned to process 20,000 tons of milk and 5,000 tons of meat annually. Feed will also be produced on 2,000 hectares using rainwater irrigation.

The cluster plans to establish a breeding and procurement system for "Angus" cattle in 15 neighborhoods of Zaamin, Zarbdora, and Yangiabad.

Responsible officials have been instructed to consider opportunities for livestock farmers in the package of financial services provided to neighbourhoods through banks and to increase feed production.

With that, the President's trip to the Jizzakh region concluded.
