Snoop Dogg Named Honorary Coach of Team USA for the 2026 Olympics
Snoop Dogg became one of the standout media figures of the 2024 Paris Olympics, serving as a reporter, carrying the Olympic torch and performing during the closing ceremony. His coverage of the Games earned him two Emmy Awards. It was also reported in September that he would work as a reporter for NBC and Peacock at the upcoming Winter Games in Italy.

He will now serve as the first honorary coach in Team USA’s history — a volunteer role focused on supporting and inspiring American athletes outside of competition.
