According to the decree, the main directions for improving the activity of administrative courts are as follows:

Ensuring the priority protection of the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of citizens and business entities in their relations with government bodies;

Expanding mechanisms for applying the principle of active court participation in restoring violated or disputed rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of citizens and business entities;

Establishing effective judicial control over the activities of government bodies and officials;

Improving mechanisms for pre-trial resolution of disputes in administrative courts;

Strengthening the role of administrative courts in protecting the rights of citizens and business entities, which will increase public trust in the judicial system;

Fully implementing effective mechanisms for controlling the enforcement of court decisions by government bodies;

Improving the activities of administrative courts based on the experience of developed countries in the field of administrative justice.
