Today in Tashkent, the Asian Gymnastics Championship among juniors and seniors has started. The press service of the NOC of Uzbekistan reported this.
About 150 gymnasts from 23 countries of the continent are taking part in the tournament.
It is noteworthy that in the individual all-around direction among seniors, spots for the Paris 2024 Olympics will be contested.
According to the regulations, only the winner of the program will become the holder of the Olympic Games license.
Men's performances will take place from May 16 to 19, and women's performances will take place from May 24 to 26. The names of the medalists among men in the team and individual all-around direction will be known today.
