Yesterday, July 15, the first Czech-made LET L-410 arrived at Tashkent International Airport. The new airplane was met by aviation traditionally. This is reported by the press service of Uzbekistan Airways JSC.

The airplane was purchased from the Czech concern LET Aircraft Industries to serve the geography of the country. After receiving the aircraft at the manufacturing plant and checking it for flight, it arrived in Tashkent from the city of Kunovica with intermediate landings for refueling in Bulgaria, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.

"The L-410 is distinguished by its reliability, safety and specialization in cargo transportation in extreme climatic conditions. These airplanes are in operation in Africa, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe and continents, in more than 60 countries. The airplane is multi-purpose and will be produced in several modifications," the statement said.

The L-410 UVP-E20 is a twin-engine short-haul transport aircraft designed for takeoff and landing on ultra-short runways. It is designed to operate in extreme weather conditions (-50 °C to +50 °C). 19 passenger seats and variants are available in which a cargo bay can be fitted. Maximum cruising speed is 405 kilometers per hour, maximum range is 1,500 kilometers and maximum flight time is 5 hours 10 minutes. Takeoff distance is 510 meters and landing distance is 500 meters.

On-board electronic equipment Garmin GPS, modern communication and navigation systems, cleaning with advanced system of obtaining neutralization.
