The licensing and the permission procedures have been simplified

The two types of the permission documents will be combined into one and redundant processes in the licensing and authorization processes will be eliminated.
By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, changes and additions were made to some of the Government's decisions in connection with the simplification of license and permit processes.
The following amendments and additions are made to the document:
combining two types of permission documents into one;
approval of license passport for export and import of special types of goods;
Approval of the passport of permission for the export of goods and products to be exported in accordance with the decisions of the President and the Government of Uzbekistan;
elimination of certain authorization processes, as well as repetitive processes in licensing and authorization processes;
coordination of the names of authorized bodies in the field of licensing, permits and notification with administrative processes carried out in state administration;
moving the deadlines for issuing documents related to the nature of licenses and permits to a working day.
In particular, the main changes are being made to the single regulation on the procedure for licensing certain types of activities through the Special Electronic System.
