In the evaluation, 10 organizations were rated as "good", and 7 received a "satisfactory" rating. However, the lowest scores were recorded by the Tax Committee (-45 points), the Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency (-40 points), and the Construction Inspection (-35 points).

The low rating of the Tax Committee can be explained by several reasons. It was highlighted that there are gaps in the effectiveness of the inspections and the protection of entrepreneurs' rights and interests.

In the report presented by the Business Ombudsman, the best-performing organizations such as the Accounting Chamber (95 points), the Committee for Religious Affairs (90 points), and the Civil Aviation Agency (90 points) were also recognized. These organizations show openness and efficiency in their activities, which creates a positive perception of government institutions' role in supporting entrepreneurship.

Additionally, the performance of 7 organizations, such as the Central Bank, the Customs Committee, and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, was rated as "satisfactory." However, the performance of other government organizations, such as the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and other ministries, was deemed "unsatisfactory."
