"The world is changing rapidly, and we in Uzbekistan are responding to challenges with proactive reforms: building a digital state, investing in talents, expanding opportunities - especially for women, who are already more than a third in government bodies," Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized.

During the speech, it was noted that international partners highly appreciate Uzbekistan's initiatives, such as the creation of the Global Knowledge Center in the field of public service.

"Only by joining forces and supporting young leaders can we create such a state service that truly serves the people and their future," she stated.

The forum became a platform for exchanging experience on topical issues of improving public service and developing personnel potential.
