The latest Bayraktar Kızılelma PT-3 unmanned fighter jet, developed by Turkey’s Baykar company, has successfully completed its flight test. This version is equipped with a new turbojet engine, which is more powerful than previous models and allows it to reach speeds close to the speed of sound.

Additionally, the Kızılelma PT-3 features an advanced AESA radar system, enabling high-precision situational awareness for air-to-air and air-to-ground missions. These technologies make it a highly effective asset in modern combat operations.

The Baykar company launched the Kızılelma project in 2021, funding it independently. The UAV performed its first flight on December 14, 2022, and its latest version is currently undergoing testing.
