U.S. forces shot down more than 80 drones and six missiles in Iran's attack on Israel

US troops destroyed more than 80 Iranian drones and at least six ballistic missiles during Iran's attack on Israel. This was reported by the Central Command of the US Armed Forces in the social network X.
According to the IDF, 120 ballistic and 30 cruise missiles were launched at Israel, as well as 170 drones. As noted, the drones and missiles that were launched from the territories of Iran and Yemen were destroyed.
On the night of 14 April, more than 300 drones and rockets were launched into Israel. Iran called it a response to a strike on its consulate in Damascus. Israel said it intercepted more than 99 per cent of the targets, with little damage to infrastructure.
Iran claims to have achieved its objectives. Mohammad Bagheri, head of Iran's Army General Staff, has said that the country's armed forces have carried out a successful operation against Israel. According to him, the Iranian army does not intend to continue attacks, but is ready and will act if necessary.
