The document also commits the U.S. to ensure military and commercial access to strategic areas &mdash; the Panama Canal, the Gulf of Mexico (referred to as the American Gulf), and Greenland &mdash; and to maintain the capability to act against international narcotics traffickers. As part of Uzbekistan&rsquo;s fleet expansion goals, the Group intends to account for up to 50% or more of the country&rsquo;s total fleet through the expansion of Centrum Air and My Freighter, the Group&rsquo;s cargo carrier . The parties paid special &nbsp;attention to the development of Centrum Air&rsquo;s route network. The airline plans to launch its first scheduled flights to Europe in March 2026 with services to Frankfurt, while regular flights to Paris are expected to commence in April 2027 as part of the summer schedule. The parties noted that leveraging Tashkent&rsquo;s transit potential offers clear advantages for passengers. Thanks to its favorable geographic location, connections via Tashkent allow travelers from Europe heading to Southeast Asia to reduce total travel time by an average of up to two hours compared with other major international hubs. Centrum Holding noted that in the cargo segment, My Freighter already operates a significant number of charter flights to European destinations, including France, Germany, Italy, and the Balkan region, highlighting the strong potential for logistics cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union. The discussion also focused on aviation personnel training and retraining. The French delegation &nbsp;expressed readiness to develop cooperation in pilot, engineering, and ground staff training. Potential initiatives include exchange programs, training at educational centers in France, including Toulouse, as well as partnerships with specialized institutions. The parties also discussed inbound and outbound tourism projects through Centrum Holidays. The French delegation &nbsp;mentioned plans to improve visa processing efficiency, which could further stimulate tourism flows. US Special Envoy Arrives in Uzbekistan’s Capital

The center was built at a cost of $30 million, and modern medical equipment was imported from the UK, Italy, Japan, and Germany. The clinic has both diagnostic and inpatient departments. The center can treat up to 4,500 patients annually. It has created more than 300 jobs and employs over 80 doctors. More than 60 specialists have undergone advanced training abroad, particularly in South Korea, Germany, T&uuml;rkiye, India, Japan, and the United States. In addition, foreign specialists work at the clinic. The center has opened Tashkent&#39;s first private maternity complex, capable of serving 30 women at a time. There are plans to increase the number of beds in the future. The clinic also provides vaccinations and preventive medical examinations for children. Call centers and specialized nursing teams have been set up at the clinic. There are also facilities for conducting home visits to examine patients. In addition, the largest private vaccination center in the republic has been established here, as well as the only sterilization center in the private sector.
