This year, another 140,000 new apartments are planned for completion. By 2040, we intend to increase the volume of housing construction to 280,000 apartments annually, and the number of &quot;Yangi Uzbekistan&quot; residential complexes from 61 to 120. This year, thanks to your tireless efforts, construction and improvement work on unique spiritual and educational facilities&mdash;the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the Imam Bukhari Memorial Complex, and the Burhaniddin Marginoni Tourist Center&mdash;has been completed. The implementation of megaprojects such as the construction of New Tashkent in the capital, Nurafshan in the Tashkent region, Babur in the Andijan region, Shirin in the Samarkand region, and Al-Khwarizmi in the Khorezm region&mdash;based on the application of advanced engineering solutions and the adoption of green building principles&mdash;opens a new, bright page in the history of urban development in our country. Recently, the number of procedures for obtaining construction permits has been reduced by three times, and the processing time by four times. Twenty-four modern electronic platforms have been launched on the basis of the National Information System &quot;Transparent Construction,&quot; allowing for the digitalization of key management processes. All control procedures have also been fully digitized. The introduction of an electronic tender platform in the public procurement system has also become an important factor in ensuring transparency. Artificial intelligence technologies are being actively implemented in the industry. What&#39;s particularly significant is that all these transformations help reduce the impact of the human factor, eliminate corruption risks, and improve the effectiveness of decision-making. Uzbekistan’s Senate approved on August 7 the Law “On State Pension Provision for Military Personnel (Employees) and Their Family Members.” For the first time, a single law establishes the categories of people eligible for state pensions, the conditions for granting pensions, and the procedures for their calculation, recalculation and payment.
