"Uzbekistan Trade House" Opens in Dushanbe

A "Uzbekistan Trade House" specializing in construction materials has been opened in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. The purpose of establishing this new trade representative office is to increase the export of construction materials and strengthen trade ties between entrepreneurs of the two countries.
As part of the opening, B2B meetings were held between Uzbek and Tajik business representatives.
In 2024, the export of construction materials to Tajikistan amounted to $115 million. Popular goods included metal products, cement, ceramics, dry construction mixes, pipes, PVC profiles, and others.
In 2025, the "Uzpromstroymahsulotlari" Association plans to double exports to Tajikistan and open new trade houses in other regions of the country, including the Sughd Region and the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
