Uzbekistan’s Foreign Trade Volume with Central Asian Countries Reaches $5 Billion

Trade relations between Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries were analyzed for the period of January to September 2024.
It was revealed that over these nine months, Uzbekistan's foreign trade volume with Central Asia reached $5.5 billion, accounting for 10.3% of the country’s total foreign trade.
Export volume amounted to $1.9 billion, while imports reached $3.1 billion.
Kazakhstan holds the largest share of Uzbekistan’s trade with Central Asia at 61%, followed by Turkmenistan with 17%, Kyrgyzstan with 12%, and Tajikistan with 10%.
