A new head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan has been appointed

By presidential decree, Sardorbek Ulugbekovich Umurzakov has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Presidential Administration. The newly appointed official is a seasoned diplomat with extensive experience in foreign affairs and public administration.
According to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sardorbek Ulugbekovich Umurzakov has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Presidential Administration.
Mr. Umurzakov is a career diplomat with long-standing experience in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he worked from 2006 to 2018 in various positions and served in Uzbekistan’s diplomatic missions abroad.
Since 2018, he has held key positions within the Presidential Administration, focusing on foreign policy and international cooperation.
