The Acting Interior Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), Sirajuddin Haqqani, emphasized on November 19, 2024, at an event in Khost province, that Afghanistan desires to establish relations with countries that do not oppose Islamic principles and Sharia law.
Haqqani stressed that Afghanistan is not against global interaction but stands against colonialism. He clarified that the Islamic Emirate will not allow anyone to violate the country’s religious laws.
“We want relations and interactions based on principles. As the world interacts with each other, we also want to be part of this interaction, as our interests and needs depend on trade and other areas,” Haqqani added. (Source: Ariana News)
