Competition Committee: Residents are dissatisfied with the activities of Humans and Beeline companies

"Uzbektelecom" JSC (UZMOBILE), "COSCOM" LLC (UCELL), "UNIVERSAL MOBILE SYSTEMS" LLC (MOBIUZ), "UNITEL" were submitted to the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights by consumers throughout the republic. "BEELINE LLC" and "HUMANS" LLC ALOQA companies receive many complaints about misunderstandings on the part of the parties, poor quality of communication and Internet services, and excessive payments for services not provided.
The committee is conducting studies on the compatibility of these appeals with the contract on the provision of mobile communication services, the selected definition plan and the conditions of communication services.

In addition, a resident of the Tashkent district has positively resolved the appeal made by A.S. "HUMANS" communication company regarding the refund of money transferred by mistake to another number.
