On Tuesday morning, new strikes targeted Beirut as well as eastern and southern Lebanon. Israel announced plans to begin operations along Lebanon's southern coastline and urged civilians to stay away from the beaches.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) deployed the fourth division for ground operations in southern Lebanon, focusing on destroying Hezbollah's infrastructure in the border areas. This effort aims to allow residents in northern Israel to safely return to their homes.
According to Lebanese authorities, over 1.3 million people have been displaced by the conflict, representing more than one-fifth of the country's population. Meanwhile, ongoing explosions in Gaza continue to result in civilian casualties as fighting escalates in the northern areas of the region.
