Nodirbek Abdusattarov defeated Max Warmerdam of the Netherlands in the 10th round of the Tata Steel Chess-2024 chess tournament being held in the Netherlands. UzA reports.
It is noted that this match lasted six hours, and on the 71st move of the game the Dutch chess player admitted defeat.
This victory on the eve of the 11th round ensured Abdusattarov's leadership in the tournament with 6.5 points. Following Nodirbek is Gukesh Dommaraju from India, who also has 6.5 points.
