Putin calls statements about the possibility of a Russian attack on Europe nonsense
"What they say about us going to attack Europe after Ukraine is complete nonsense, intimidating their own population, solely with the purpose to beat money out of them, out of their people. All the more so against the background of the fact that the economy is shrinking and living standards are falling," the Russian President said.

Vladimir Putin said that US satellites fear a big and strong Russia, but in vain. According to Putin, Russia has no aggressive intentions towards these states.

He also recalled that the US spent $811 billion on defence spending in 2022, while Russia spent only $72 billion.
