Saida Mirziyoyeva Met with the U.S. Ambassador to Uzbekistan

Yesterday, on February 12, Presidential Assistant Saida Mirziyoyeva held a meeting with the U.S. Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Jonathan Henick. During the discussion, issues related to developing mutually beneficial cooperation with the new U.S. administration were addressed. Mirziyoyeva reported this on her personal Telegram channel.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation with the new U.S. administration, considering the rapidly changing realities.
"Additionally, we exchanged views on creating opportunities for women, improving the education sector, and strengthening bilateral trade and economic relations," Saida Mirziyoyeva wrote.
Earlier, in January, Saida Mirziyoyeva met with the European Union's Ambassador to Uzbekistan. During the dialogue, discussions were held regarding bilateral preparations for the "European Union – Central Asia" summit, which is set to take place in April in Samarkand.
