The centre serves as a unified information platform covering processes related to ensuring public safety. Here, analysis of the situation on the ground and the actions of personnel is carried out using digital technologies. In particular, the activities of more than 10,000 prevention inspectors are monitored and evaluated across six areas.

Additionally, the centre conducts distance learning sessions for prevention inspectors, road patrol and patrol service officers, and probation officers via video conferencing. By simulating mass events, the centre trains individuals in making the right decisions and reacting quickly in non-standard situations.

During the visit, the head of state paid particular attention to this issue, emphasising that personnel should be proficient in advanced technologies.

Rectors of higher educational institutions under law enforcement agencies were invited to the meeting at the centre. It was emphasised that educational programmes should be improved from this perspective, dual education should be implemented, and educational and scientific activities should correspond to the realities of life.

A task was set to establish a structure within the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the application of unmanned aerial vehicles. Additional instructions were given to strengthen crime prevention and ensure the security of mass events.

The Strategy for Public Safety, approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 29, 2021, envisages bringing the digitalisation of the sphere to 90 percent by the end of 2025. During the visit, the head of state was briefed on the progress of this work.

Modern technologies and programmes used in the internal affairs system were also demonstrated here.
