The meeting addressed the further expansion of cooperation with this reputable UN institution.
Expressing sincere gratitude for the warm welcome, the ILO Director-General highly praised Uzbekistan's achievements in ensuring workers' rights, creating jobs, and implementing international conventions.
He noted that his visit is a sign of support for the effective reforms being conducted under the leadership of the President of Uzbekistan.

The importance of implementing joint measures to promote the principles of social justice was noted, including within the framework of the Global Coalition for Social Justice.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to develop and adopt a new Country Program for 2026-2030.
