Speaking during the general debates, the Uzbek side emphasized that modern youth are the primary force determining social development amidst global changes. Tanzila Narbaeva noted that in Uzbekistan, youth policy has been elevated to a state priority: over 100 laws have been adopted in recent years, while the "Uzbekistan – 2030" Strategy and the "Path to a Sustainable Future" program have established an unprecedented system of benefits and opportunities in IT, science, and education. Uzbekistan put forward a significant initiative to view youth not just as a national but as a "global resource," calling for expanded international cooperation in youth parliamentarism.

Special attention was also paid to strengthening regional unity. On the sidelines of the Assembly, the first informal meeting of the heads of parliaments of Turkic states took place. During the talks, the parties discussed synchronizing legislative activities and enhancing parliamentary oversight over joint projects within the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). Uzbekistan reaffirmed its readiness to serve as a locomotive for inter-parliamentary dialogue, facilitating the exchange of best practices in economy, culture, and environmental protection among brotherly nations.
