The Ministry of Justice has developed the "Odil" chatbot to provide government services. Integrated into the Telegram messenger and powered by artificial intelligence, this chatbot was designed to simplify citizens' access to information about public services.
Its launch will significantly reduce the workload of the "1148" hotline operators and provide real-time responses to user inquiries.
