The King of Jordan visited the industrial exhibition

On August 26, 2025, an industrial exhibition was held at the Congress Center in Samarkand as part of the state visit of King Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein of Jordan to Uzbekistan.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev personally accompanied the distinguished guest, presenting Uzbekistan’s export-oriented products that meet international standards and are in demand on global markets.
The exhibition highlighted the country’s progress in mining, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles, jewelry, agriculture, and IT. It featured a wide range of high value-added goods, including medicines, medical equipment, mineral fertilizers, textiles, knitwear, jewelry, handicrafts, and modern IT solutions.
King Abdullah II highly praised Uzbekistan’s products and industrial capacity. Both leaders emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation between enterprises, sharing expertise, and promoting technology transfer.
