According to Mirziyoyev, the current “five” will be joined by a tax specialist and a social worker, as well as the “makhalla seven”, which will work together. In particular, more than 70 issues, such as the inclusion of residents in 3 accounting books, financial assistance, subsidies and loans, will be resolved collectively in the district itself.
In addition, funds for 3 notebooks come from the Employment, Enterprise and Household Funds
distributed to each district. That is, the use of funds is at the disposal of the mahalla itself, the “seven”.
“This means both power and responsibility for mahallas,” the president said.
