The President Reviewed the Presentation of the Winning Projects in the President Tech Award

During a dialogue with young people held on February 24 at the Kuksaroy residence, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the presentation of the winners of the "Best Startup in Digital Technologies" competition – the President Tech Award.
The "Best Startup in Digital Technologies" competition has been held by the Directorate of the Software and Information Technology Technology Park with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies since 2023. The total prize fund is $1 million.
The competition selects the most outstanding projects in artificial intelligence, social technologies, MicroSaaS and AdTech, financial technologies and entrepreneurship, gaming software, and a special focus area – hackathons.
While more than 4,000 people participated in the first competition, by 2025 that number had reached 6,000. The number of teams increased from 444 to 862.
The competition winners presented their startup projects, their advantages, and practical applications to the head of state.
"We are ready to create the necessary conditions for small startups to grow into large projects and profitable businesses. To achieve this, we must establish a dialogue with each startup founder and provide them with the necessary assistance," the President said.
It was emphasized that supporting the interests of young people is laying the foundation for the professions of the future, and foreign countries are also showing particular interest in the startup projects of our young men and women.
Noting that funding for startup support will be increased, the President gave his recommendations regarding other areas and areas where fresh perspectives and new ideas from young people are in demand.
