The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, arrived in Uzbekistan to strengthen bilateral cooperation. New initiatives, preparations for the summit in Samarkand, and the development of partnership at all levels are at the center of the negotiations.
During the meeting, the parties discussed expanding cooperation in economics, culture, and other areas, emphasizing common historical and civilizational ties. Special attention was paid to the preparation for the upcoming "Council of Cooperation of the Arab States of the Gulf - Central Asia" summit, which will be held in May in Samarkand.
The bilateral agenda includes a rich schedule of events and exchanges at all levels. Uzbekistan and Oman agreed to intensify contacts and give new impetus to cooperation.
