In turn, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed doubts about the feasibility of holding a meeting with Zelenskyy at the current stage, noting that he sees no meaning in this at the moment. Putin added that he is ready to meet if Zelenskyy arrives in Moscow. He also emphasized that Russia will not link the provision of security guarantees to Ukraine with the abandonment of its territorial claims, while upholding each state's right to its own security system.
