Kyrgyzstan ratified agreement on establishment of Turkic investment fund

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed the Law "On ratification of the agreement on the establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund, signed on March 16, 2023 in the city of Ankara".
The Law was adopted by the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan (Jogorku Kenesh) on 6 December 2023.
The purpose of the Law is to promote economic development of the member states of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) by expanding interregional trade and supporting economic activities.
The Agreement on the establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund, signed in Ankara on 16 March 2023, provides for the establishment of the Turkiс Investment Fund with the authorised capital of 500 million US dollars by the OTS countries.
