"We agreed to strengthen practical cooperation through specific projects, including in the area of perinatal and child health, nutritional standards necessary for the growth and development of our children, the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of hereditary diseases in children, and the effectiveness of their social protection mechanism," she said.
In addition, it was noted that another important area requiring parliamentary monitoring is the need to expand the coverage of multi-indicator cluster observations (MICS) conducted by UNICEF in the country and consolidate efforts to involve responsible government organisations and civil society institutions more widely in this research.
