During her visit to the United Kingdom, the Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, held a series of meetings aimed at strengthening inter-parliamentary and investment ties between the two countries.
At a meeting with Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons, the sides expressed confidence that the establishment of an All-Party Parliamentary Group on Central Asia would serve as a new platform for dialogue between the UK Parliament and the parliaments of the region.
