Uzbekistan hosts international ITES event Offshore Outsourcing Tour 2024

Tashkent and Samarkand are hosting an international event Offshore Outsourcing Tour organised by the Ministry of Digital Technologies and IT Park of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan.
The purpose of the tour is to demonstrate Uzbekistan's potential in the field of information technology and outsourcing for international companies, as well as to present opportunities and measures created by the government to invest in the country.
As part of the event, foreign participants visited the office of the single integrator UZINFOCOM and got closely acquainted with its activities. During the visit, the guests were introduced to such projects as MyGov, MyID biometric identification ecosystem, Mukhlisa - a smart voice assistant in Uzbek, Digital Energy, Token.uz and HRM.ARGOS.UZ. It was also stressed that these and other projects play an important role in the digitalisation of Uzbekistan.
"Uzbekistan is the largest market in Central Asia with a fast-growing young population contributing to the country's development. Despite international uncertainties, the country demonstrates stable economic growth, confirming the correctness of the vector of socio-economic reforms since 2017," said World Bank representative in Uzbekistan Marco Mantovanelli.
It should be reminded that the event takes place from 18 to 20 March in Tashkent and Samarkand.
