“In the near future Uzbekistan is expected to open trade missions in Moscow, St Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Tatarstan (Kazan) and Bashkortostan (Ufa), with these regions Uzbekistan has long-established contacts with their chambers of commerce and industry and developed economic ties,’ Rasulov said at a press conference.

In his opinion, ‘trade missions will serve to develop better trade and economic relations, and most importantly, trade missions will study Russia's marketing on the spot, not from afar, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on mutual trade’.

Rasulov added that Uzbekistan also intends to open about 10 trade missions in China and some European countries.
